OPPOSITE SIDES is from Rimini, and consists of Massimo Arke (vocals/guitar), Andrea Giunchi (guitar), Samian Benati (bass) and Claudio Tirincanti (drums).

Originally formed as a Technical Death Metal band, their first release was 2004’s The Eclipse Of Existence EP, and they released their debut album, Soul Mechanics, in 2009 on the Spanish label, Mondongo Canibale.  Their music style had evolved by then, becoming more influenced  by progressive rock and the electronic/industrial scene, and the metal riffs and screamed vocals were complemented by melodic choruses to create a modern style of extreme metal. 

The band releases their new album, LOST INSIDE, in 2011, and plan on playing UK dates this year.
